Yes all ages are welcome. However there is an $8 cover charge for anyone under 21. We also recommend to visit with kids between the hours of 5pm and 10pm as it is less crowded and the drinking crowd shows up late.
I dont see why not. Last time i was there i saw a few kids gaming down (unless they've changed the rules). But be aware that they do sell alcohol there as it is a gaming bar.
