Lighthouse police patrolling up and down ..no worries, there Is cameras everywhere as well. Plus kostas ( the owner ) will brake a plate in someone's trying to rob you and say OPAAA !!

No. And it's not that bad of a neighborhood. You're a block West of Federal. There's a 7-eleven and a Walmart next door. The most that you'll run into is someone asking you for change. No need for security. And, parking is right out front, it would take you 7 seconds to get from the door to inside ur car.
Parking is right next to the building, should be ok.
