The food here is not prepared good. Bottom bun of my burger was hard like a rock. And another visit I ordered the two cheeseburger meal and got two chicken sandwiches instead.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Incompetent & rude workers, cold food, incorrect order.I will drive out of my way to go to another McDonald’s from now on.

Overall I usually enjoy my trips to McDonald's however today is a huge exception. I received the low par service by the employees, the manager spoke to me any kind of way she wanted including with profanity and racial slurs with absolutely no provocation. Never in my life have I ever experienced such disrespect from the entirety of one store. After this was done I simply requested the name of the manager and she refused to give it to me. The employees followed suit and ignored me all the same and I'm assuming it's so they didn't have repercussions from their boss. An employee should not be afraid to do the right thing for fear of their job. I've reached out to the customer complaint department to leave a formal complaint and I hope to receive a call back from the gm/owner and have the situation rectified ASAP.
