Horrible experience. I have been practicing pole for many years and this is the worst studio I have ever been at. The staff are nasty and rude, the instructors don’t know basic pole moves, the studio is filthy, and worst of all I paid for a new client package upfront then right after I had serious medical problems and had to get surgery which kept me from being able to do any physical activities for months. I contacted this place and they told me that my package had expired and despite my problems, they would not honor my package, and that I would just have to lose out on my money. Horrible horrible people. I highly do not recommend.

I've been practicing pole for two years but wss hoping to find a closer studio in Body and Pole. Came here for an open pole session. I arrived over 10 minutes early. A group of three people walked in behind me and the woman at the desk asked me to step aside and helped them first. She then started helping me when another woman walked in and once again I waited for her to help this woman who came in after me. By the time I'm signed it the open pole session time has already started and I still need to go change. The woman at the desk was not helpful despite me saying I've never been to the stidio before. I go to the room to realize it's full with 2 students to a pole... I see now that sharing poles is mentioned on the website but it seems a waste of time to be in a crowded pole studio sharing pole time and paying the same price as I would pay for an hour of time without sharing a pole somewhere else. I didn't even stay. Just let them keep my money and left. Super disappointed.

The worst managers and instructors. they will call you fat right behind your back if you’re midsize. stay away if you’re not a skinny fit perfect bodied woman. they talk about every single woman that enters the studio.
