Food was delivered 45 minutes after they marked the order delivered We thought they dropped off our food to someone else They never answered the phone - a minimum of 20 attempts ------------------------------------ I have revised my review from 1 to 3 stars because the franchise owner followed up with my complaint. He explained their major staffing issues and technological bugs, that together created this disaster. I am not going to leave a 1 star review because the primary issue is government created policy that has suffocated our economy and jobs market. This is not my first negative experience because of staffing issues in the service industry. Despite the follow up, I struggle to leave a 4 star review because they need to figure out a solution to at the very least communicate with customers who think their food is never arriving. I was given a free pizza and the franchise owner's personal number, should I have issues in the future. I'll give them one more try and change this to 3 stars for now. If all goes well over the next couple orders, maybe we can move the rating up. If not, we're back to 1 star... Stay tuned...

This place is awesome. My pizza is always ready in just a few minutes and with the coupons they offer it barely cost me anything fora large pizza with 3 toppings. Thankyou MR. DOMINOS. FYI I accidentally left my wallet on the counter inside dominos and 5 minutes later I got a phone call fro the loveliest woman who was all of 4 ft tall and she actually called me and held my wallet for me , so I went back and there was my wallet with all money and cards accounted for. this woman works at 2301 W Sample Rd Pompano Beach, FL Dominos is very very lucky to have her

They never give you the dipping sauces you pay for. It’s been months since I last ordered dominos from here and I decided to call them after placing the order just to ask them to please not forget the sauce, immediately someone picked up on the first call and asked if they can place me on hold, I said yes. I was on hold for 15 min before I decided to hang up and call back because it is a really quick thing really. Ended up never getting an answer, have been calling for over 20 minutes, turned into a calling game with them attempting to hang up on me. Kept calling until eventually after 27 calls, someone picked up again asking if they can place me on hold…I politely told them that all I wanted was to make sure my sauces come this time…that was it..the person on the phone helped find my order and stated she would make sure it came with the sauce. The call probably lasted less then 30 seconds… I have the number of the owner of the business in this market, and I will be calling him to let him know that I tried giving his business another chance, but after today I’m so done.
