It's a life-safety concern. If you throw the peanut shells on your floor, then slip and fall trying to walk on them, you could hurt yourself. If you do that in the restaurant, one of the helpful employees can call an ambulance for you. If you fall down in your house alone and by yourself (which you most certainly would be if you're too lazy to go to the restaurant yourself), you could die in a puddle of your own cerebral fluid as it leaks from your cracked skull.
Uber eats drivers carry items on the menu thay can be ordered. Napkins and condiments are a facility of food provider. I bet your peanuts dont fall under five guys condiments policy. But again if peanuts on the menu then drivers can carry em. Nezt time ask for peanuts in the app so the provider can pack them
