Like usual, Wendy’s is always an amazing fast food place to eat. I downloaded the Wendy’s app and was able to get a 10 piece nugget for free with the purchase of anything over a dollar. Of course I got the strawberry frosty that’s been advertised like crazy and it was delicious. I also got the ghost pepper ranch sauce for my nuggets (that were already spicy) & it had a decent kick. The chairs were leather and very comfy. Definitely will come back. Only thing was that they spelt my name Cedric incorrectly. I took a picture of the receipt and showed how my name was spelt on the receipt (never seen my name spelled this way lol )

Got the $5 grab bag. The food was cold. Took it back then the bottom bun the baconcheeseburger was too hard to eat. Would not recommend this Wendy's location to anyone.

Roaches crawling on the drive thru pickup window. Rude Haitian staff. The manager, Haitian, allowed the food line worker who was also Haitian yell at him because he asked her to remake my single because it was wrong. She was very rude. She was cleaning with chemicals around food prep area right after she made my order. There were more cars in line so hopefully she washed her hands. Someone else could have done that or took over making food. Food safety practices questionable here. I did call for owner but of course, it was an apology and offer for free food. Fix the problems please. Tent your location and retrain staff or hire new staff. Customer service training, food safety training and situational work conflict exercises so employees know how to respond or should respond to customers, peers and management.

I went through the drive thru. Even though the lines can get long and the pace can be slow, the food is usually hot. The new staff seems friendly. Overall not a bad experience. Just an aside, if you're in keto and you go through for a burger, make sure you ask for lettuce, tomato, etc. or you'll just get meat and cheese in a container. And check your order before you pull off to make sure you have everything, including more than one napkin.
