The early bird special is from 430 to 530 and they take reservations

I don't believe so, but they have an outstanding "early bird" menu and the prices are like a 20% discount from what they'd normally be, later in the evening.

Their early menu is $15 - 20 for salad, entree and dessert (choices from a smaller menu of course). I think you have to be there by 5:30. I go frequently.
