That's subjective. Dr Goldman did my hip replacement under 4 weeks ago and I'm already walking without any aids whatsoever. So I'd say he is. But I'm absolutely sure each doctor at this clinic would be a great choice.
Dr. Rutherford is the best anywhere. You can't go wrong by seeing him.
