Did the server not handle it correctly? Did you ask for the manager? Basics in service industry.
City Cafe is a great place to eat with family and friends. Will go again.
The waitress was very professional- said the manager was aware of the problem. Was just hanging out near the expo line- even though it was the second time i sent the tortillas back. I can understand the first send back , but two times is a screaming for an appearance. I shouldn't have to ask- ya see a problem. Ya take care of it. Ive been a chef for 36 years- i would have come out myself after the second time..
Never had a problem here. Love this place, great food!! I highly recommend it!
