They're not previously owned, but some of them are irregulars, floor "models", one of a kind, samples for product testing and/or other stuff. You have to thoroughly inspect and try on each item. If you have the time and patience, they have some amazing stuff for great prices. The shoes, bras and other "lingerie" from Vicki's are worth it Hope this helps.
If by "used" you mean worn by people that are now deceased, than that would be a hard no. But there is always the slim chance that some of these body shrouds, were the result of poor planning and are now available for purchase by you and you could die in them tragically.
Clothes are not used like at the thrift store. However, they are clothes that have gone out of season or clothes that didn't pass quality control. They are good though.
They are new. A lot of returned purchase items.
