Whats the return policy? Just coz they feel good for 5 minutes in the store doesnt mean they will still be comfortable after standing on a concrete floor for 8 hours.

We're you looking for shoes or inserts? If I understood it correctly there are no direct refunds. You can exchange inserts for a less aggressive design. No return on shoes, can't remember if you can exchange. We had the same concerns. My wife bought a pair there a week ago and so far they have not been a problem and she loves them. I tried on shoes myself and they weren't comfortable to me so I didn't buy any. For my wife she got the inserts and you have to work up to long times, like 1/2 hour a day.
