In all garages first 2 hours free
Unsure, right now it just seems that the emergency entrance as well as the garage is open. I can confirm that garage is free for the first two hours. That said, I have had multiple incidence where the ticket that was dispensed when entering was faulty, and when I went to leave the only way I could exit was to click "lost receipt" and pay $5. This happened to me tonight actually as well as the car next to me. Side note, the machines do not accept cash. Card only.
