The Canyon trail is paved and pretty friendly but I don't think the paved trail goes all the way to the waterfall. Maybe about 80-90% of the way. Edit: also suggest ash cave as it is mostly paved and very flat.

Definitely take the gorge trail and not the ridge trail. As some people are saying, if you hit the end of the paved trail...keep going if you want

It is a "must see" trail that most seniors would enjoy. No hills or stays if my memory serves me.

The gorge trail is paved accessible trail with no hills 90% of the way. Another 10% maybe doable depends on your condition.
