Scheduling at thus place is absolutely ridiculous. Tell you to call back every day but they're fully booked and won't even let you set an appointment. Waited a year to get my daughters cavities taken care of. For them to do a routine cleaning and tell me to set another appointment. Then tell you, you can do an emergency walk in but they won't do cavities for an emergency walk in. No other dentist will see her because she is scares of dentist and refer her here. Ridiculous

I requested to make appointment online and waited a week for them to call me to schedule the appointment date but they never called. It says they would call me within 24 hours (business hours) but it’s been a week and still nothing.

Look like they have mix reviews which I don’t disagree. The way they give the treatment is fine and professional. But very unprofessional with characteristic as doctor. And in it some other way I feel they are low key teasing not in a good way. I’m offend to be honest. They straight saying My daughter have a baby sister without asking if the baby I hold is boy or girl which is not a big deal but it is not different from saying a woman is pregnant without asking her first. My daughter is shy around strangers and need my corporate one of person there straight saying” you don’t know english?” Which is very unprofessional. In conversation I need to be explained of some medication word that I don’t understand. Rather than explain it to me they straight say if I need an interpreter. I mean it’s not a big deal but even if they take interpreter here it gonna the same. Still need explanation. I can’t answer like a lightning to them to their question I need some second to process even with my own language. Somehow feel humiliated and mix feeling. Look like nationwide is also judge a book by its cover! Use to be a big fan of nationwide but now I feel like I don’t want to see its name anymore.

Bad, they never answer they leave you waiting in line for more than 20 and they never answer I made an appointment online and it only stayed on request they never called me to make the appointment.
