You have to be on SSI for 4 years prior to file for the indigency status in Ohio, you have to do a qualification step and see if you meet the criteria. You also need to be Retired in Ohio to receive the option to file before you file for you're card. That is the 30% you are talking about. If you have a card now, you need to wait the 360 day period and file right before you file for your card next year. Trust me. I had to search all this up myself. And by all mean Veterans deserve free medicine, but that's my opinion.
Where's the place with the 30% discount? Each dispensary determines their own discount. Some are 10%, others are 20% and I've seen a few that are 25%
