How many times do I need to ask for no jalapeño sauce for them to get the order right? I am up to 3 times and my order still comes with jalapeño sauce.

Duuuudddeeeee, I'm for the only one....bet beef and cheese soft tacos.... They can never get that right.... Just meat... Just cheese.... And some 'MILD' sauce would be great for the drive thru. At least one packet per taco?.... I pay for that taste too....

OMGOSH. Call the place and speak with the manager. Tell them the issue and you would appreciate their cooperation. You like to go there and the food, but you'd like to get exactly what you request and pay for.
