Usually they are good but unfortunately in this business special the fast-food business I should say one person calling in or not showing up to work messes up the whole operation and usually trying to call in somebody to cover the shift is always difficult. Not saying it's an excuse but it is part of the problem especially when you can't hire good help these days that are willing to go above and beyond
I have worked fast food,so i know al about that,but I've lived over here for a couple years now and its always the same problem this location..
Hey guys I saw these comments and thank you for the feed back. As of 12/18 we have a new and energized management in this location. Although sometime there are snags in the way, we are always here to provide you with the fastest service and the freshest food. Thanks agian for the feed back, and hope you give us a try again.....
Each one is a franchise and some franchises are better than others. Call the number on the receipt or go online and let them know you're not happy. It's the only way to get them to improve.
