Casual to business casual... I wouldn't suggest board shorts and a t-shirt. It's a very nice restaurant with a good wine list.

Casual, button up or nice t shirt would be fine. Although, if you want to roll out in a sport coat/blazer that would be cool. Style never hurts in NYC
