How can you get a response back when you have a question about something . No one want to pick up the phone. There ppl out here that don't have a job.been calling they hang up say call back at another time

Call and when it picks up immediately press 1 then 0. After the 53 second speech, press 3 twice slowly. You will get either that #1->your call will be recorded or #2->something about the massive amount of calls. If you get #2, hang up and repeat. If you get #1, you're in line on hold and will be waiting upto 60+ minutes until you reach someone. Unfortunately, they are horrible at their jobs and often you will have to do this multiple times to actually get someone who knows what they are doing and willing to take the time to do it. As I write this, I am on hold for my 4th call today just trying to get to a Claims Processing Center and get answers on my claim that has been pending for 43 days thus far.

I'll be honest it took me a week. I had to start calling like at 7 in the morning and keep calling and keep calling until they actually opened up the lines and by then waited like 5 minutes on hold.
