This is no longer an office for them. Call 614-466-2319 or 877-644-6562, they are so busy they said you have to stay on them. Good luck!

I filed an appeal as well on August 31, still have heard nothing. I realize they are busy, but I have bills to pay while you guys are dragging your feet. Grrrrrr
