Sometimes death happens its a natural occurrence. Someone is not constantly watching the tanks for dead ones as they just cant. This happens no matter what pet store ya go to or also homes.
That happens with all fish aquariums but they do have an awesome new fish guy who nows his stuff when it comes to fish. I think his name is keith or kevin he has red hair . i always only deal with him cause he helped me get the levels right in my tank at home ! I only go to Petco
