My husband and I don't recall seeing any when we were there a short time ago. Then again, we weren't really looking for anything like that specifically. Maybe more around Christmas time? I assume you're talking about toys, right? 😂 If you're talking about regular trains, I'm not sure of Amtrack locales, but if you walk back up through Times Square, the LIRR runs out of Penn Station! I always enter at the Madison Square Garden entrance.
