We ate about that time on a Thursday. No problem without a reservation. Got a bit busier by the time we left but still could have gotten in. Reservations never hurt though. Would depend on the night I suppose.
If there are tables available they will seat you. They did ask if we had reservations we didnt have them but they sat us right away

If you want a good seat , where live music is I recommend making reservations.
