For youth memberships ages 12 and under it is 26.00 monthly where it is automatically charged from either a debit or credit card, or checking or savings. We do provide financial assistance where that fee is reduced based upon income. Depending on the income you can receive anywhere between 25% to 85% off the monthly fee. We also accept state insurances, Health Partners, Keystone First, Keystone Mercy for free membership. If the child has Health partners, they are required to complete 6 visits within 3 months to maintain the member ship for a year. If you ir the child sign up using those insurances, you will receive 25% off instructional programs such as swim lessons/ personal training.
