$52 a month out of pocket for 1 adult, 82.50 for a family (2 adults and the children in the household. They do have financial assistance based off of income. An individual that earns 40000 or a family that earns 85000 per year can receive anywhere from 25 to 85% off of an individual or family membership. Some insurances pay for memberships. Keystone first will pay for one year membership, Health Partners you must complete 12 visits in 90 days along with a one time $24 copay, keystone vip choice one year, silver sneakers and silver and fit continue to pay for membership as long as the individual is actively using the membershp. The person must bring their state id and insurance cards when signing up.
