Per the website: Prize winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Any prize over $600 the winner will receive a w-2g and all prizes over $5,000 must pay a 24% Federal gambling withholding tax. There's no sales tax on the prizes unless you win a gun and receive a gift card.
