Not all locations are corporate so they charge more or.they lose money. Burger king does the same thing
If u get chicken they charge 60 cent each

It says participating locations which means hasbrouck heights is not a participating location. They are one of the more expensive taco Bells in the area
Good question. I was apparently overcharged at the Little Falls location! When I asked about the charge, they said there is no such deal. (Seems that if they were not offering it, they would have simply said they were not a location that offers it instead.)
