"We're out of ketchup," (how?), "ok," was then given the option of sauces in lieu of ketchup...great. Got the order, checked the receipt and was charged extra for sauces...so I inquired, "why was I charged?" After huge attitude from employee "Chloe" I just gave up and moved on. Employee even refused to consult the manager at my request. Amazing. Very snotty and authoritarian young lady. Hopefully one day she will realize and appreciate her station in life, and understand how fortunate she is to have employment. Will not give this store any more of my business with other restaurants in proximity that always have good service.

Used the drive thru. Staff helpful and did not rush me. Food was fresh and good. Love their salads and burgers. A quick way to get dinner!
