At 9 AM, scan the QR code at the store. It will place you in a virtual queue. When it is your turn, you will be notified via text/email. You will have 1 hour from then to enter the store. All of this is written on their website.

That is true once they hit a cap limit you have to wait. But depends on the day on Dec, or event that's when they limit the amount of people, you can always buy something the day before and have it personalized and pick it up the next day that way even if there's an event or reach a limit they still let you in. Just a tip
also recommended you go early as once they hit their cap, they will not let anyone in anymore
