it's LOUD, be discreet about the BYOB/L
Its BYOB and the noise level depends on what room you're in, what crowd is there, and what time of the day it is. Its def not LOUD like a lounge, just as loud as it gets when you got a bunch of guys watching a Yankee game.

My friends and I go 2-3 times a month. BYOB is fine just be discrete. Noise level is generally okay. Can get loud, depending on what room you're in, and if there is a card or dominos game going on.
I've seen folks byob and its pretty calm..
