If we check out at noon, is there somewhere we can leave our luggage for a couple of hours before we head to the docks for our cruise? (so we can look around the area of the hotel)?

The front desk will hold it for you. They will give you a ticket for redemption when you return

they mistagged and therefore misplaced my luggage. it took quite a while to find it and they weren't pleasant about their mistake. be careful I was not impressed with this hotel.
