One can certainly get frustrated in NYC when it comes to accommodation. The last thing you want to do is to try to reserve at the front desk in any hotel nowadays, you will pay through your nose. Much as time square may seem expensive, you do not wanna know what other people charge. True, those bathrooms and AC’s need to be replaced especially if they are going to be charging the kind of money they are asking. But I can certainly imagine the cost of remodeling in that square.
I didn't even try to use my tv unfortunately....the AC did work but I couldn't reduce the temperature. They gave us a $40 house credit that I thought we could use for breakfast but that wasn't the case. The workers were grumpy and not very helpful especially when I tried to get my packages It's like they did not want to do their job.
On my 1st night i did have a problem because the AA was loud but asked to swap room and given another one without any problem better view Room are very spacious Tv was great I did not have breakfast You can walk around snd enjoy pancakes and more for breakfast Pret a manger is opposite the hotel The breakfast on offer in the hotel is fruit pastries and hot drinks for $10 i think
