Hi Ive been trying to call, but no one is picking up. I have also emailed and was wondering how long it takes for a response as I am on a bit of a tight schedule.

I was calling from Boston & same problems. Just ringing & ringing. Finally got someone, made a reservation & stayed. Weird thing is...During my stay there was ALWAYS someone(s) at the desk🤔

It's funny you say that, I am in Santa Monica and having the same struggle trying to reach the front desk...I'm going to just keep trying and if your in new York already I would just go there and wait outside for somebody so you can talk to the people at the front desk
