What was the name of the Spanish tavern before it was the Spanish tavern on route 22 mountainside

Unsure, now I'm curious

It was named, the Half Way House or tavern. It's only been the Spanish Tavern since around 1986.

For the past 50 years I believe it had been the spanish tavern

Always knew it as Spanish Tavern.

I know the place as Spanish tavern for 22 years.. before that I have no clue

Don't remember but, it was either Spanish or Portuguese.
