Very rude, unprofessional front desk. I confirmed today 10:45am appointment over the phone yesterday, I even set calendar reminder. Today I was on my way to my appointment and this very rude receptionist called, asked my name, then started saying “you have 10am appointment with us and you’re late, do you know that?” without letting me know where she’s calling from. I told her my appointment was confirmed as 10:45AM, then she said we don’t make appointments at quarterly. I was actually 10 mins away to the location as I always trying to be there 15mins prior to appointment, so I told the receptionist I’ll be there in 10 mins, then she kept saying: “the person who confirmed with you told you the appointment is 9:45am!” (Didn’t you just said you guys don’t make appt at quarterly?) “doctor’s been awaiting for you for 15mins!” At this point, I don’t even know what she wants, you want me apologize for the miscommunication or what? I requested a day off from work 2 weeks ago for today, and you didn’t even trying to figure out where’s the miscommunication coming from, just called with an attitude and accused the patient!

Dr.Huang patiently walked me through all the procedure and the possible consequences of the wisdom teeth removal surgery. The surgery went incredibly well. No pain at all. After a month, I’m fully recovered from the surgery.

Very bad appointment, I waited 3 months for my wisdom teeth to be pulled out the next day. I called the day before and said that the insurance I applied for had expired. What did the waitress do in front of me? I'm not responsible anymore
