Totally agree. Emailed Indian lady doc two days ago with symptoms of possible bad condition, never responded. Called answering service located in Timbuktu and still no reply. I kept working and going about my business. Took off today for a drop in since no one replies. Place shut down due to storm. Website listed as open. Answering service had indicated short staff leading to longer wait times which I was prepared for. So it all goes back to heading to ER for any kind of care. Im standing and functioning so shouldn't have to resort to that but due to this joke of a corporate medical business have to take that route. Forget the one stop convenience of Clove Road location. Reroute to real doctors elsewhere. I know I will.
Believe they do....but please look elsewhere....wait times and level of compassionate care are horrible
