I am moving from PA to NJ and this DMV seems pretty close to my new close. Do I need to appear for any drivers test in order to get a new license for if I already have PA license?

Yes you need to apply for a new license with your New Jersey address, I think they give you either 60 or 90 days to be able to change it over, and yes you have to go to the DMV in person.but this is only for a change of address you do not need to take another driving test. Good luck
