Usually your glass piece will need to be kept overnight to be fired in the kiln
We had ours shipped to us. It was at my house within 5 days and packaged so well I am glad I paid extra to ship it rather than worry about going to go pick it up.
No, you cannot take it with you the day of.
Correct, sort of. Its cooled slowly (I think it's called annealing) in a kiln to prevent it from cracking. You can pick it up after 48 hrs (and before 60 days), or you can pay to have it shipped to you.
Hello, All items need to be cooled and checked over a 48-hour period before they are ready for pickup. We can also arrange for shipping at an additional cost. We are unable to have pieces ready any sooner as all items are still close to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit when your class is finished.
