I don't think so. A bicycle yes, motocyle, no.
Not a dirt bike a the way you would ride one, but I think if you were just riding it the way you would ride a regular bike it may be ok
Dirt bikes would not be allowed on the streets as they are illegal on public streets as they would need turn signals and other things. There are no off road areas to ride are there is it will tear up the park be a danger to visitors
I have seen lots of Harley type bikes whose riders meet and use the nearby camp sites, but have not seen dirt bikes. Just to be sure, I would suggest you check with stone mountain staff before you plan on bringing or riding your bike up there.

A bike definitely but a dirt bike probably not. You might have to go to Gainesville for the dirt bike
