I have nit seen a lift on the cars, but tgey may have an accommodation. The ramp up to it and waiting areas are paved. I typically see strolllers and chairs parked off to the side. So they may need to walk up the steps to ride the train. Best to call the park directly to confirm.
It can go in the cable car.. But its not easy terrain on top for a wheelchair. Its a mountain so uneven surfaces and minimal climbs and drops. But minimal for people who can walk around not for a Wheelchair bound person.
