Call Stone Mountain Park for information. It cost $10 a day to enter the park for parking. Maybe if you don't have a vehicle, you could enter for free. I'm not sure. Annual pass is $40.
If you are a regular hiker or Walker paying $20 for a few hours is a lot, but you can pay $40 for the whole year and you can go in and out of the park for anyting and not have to pay another dime, just a suggestion.
