I need a negative covid test for a concert I'm going too on the 6th would I be able to go and get a covid test done and have them give me a paper saying its negative

Going there is a 2-4 hour event no matter what.

Yes they do rapid tests but the wait time could be up to 3 hours and they don't take appointments so plan accordingly.

Yes, they do rapid tests and they give you paper work that shows the test results.
