Me and my wife came to get a desk the only employee that was in the store was the cashier so we couldn't get any help getting anything so we were forced to just leave. Just shop on amazon or something and avoid coming to this place and wasting your time

Walked in and asked if I could have a photo printed on 11x17 mat finish paper. Person was rude and first said they didn’t really print photos there and then that they do not have 11x17 mat finish paper gave every excuse possible not to help me so now staples doesn’t have 11x17 paper anywhere in there store? They don’t offer it ? They don’t want people to walk in anymore it’s obvious. I have been coming there for 20 years I have brought so much business to them I will never step foot in there store again. They will be out of business soon anyway they are killing themselves .

Quality of the prints were great. Customer service was terrrrrrible. I ended up getting the rest of my prints done at Office Depot. They were quick and efficient. I called to cancel an order I just made on a Wednesday. I was told I would get my refund by Monday. I called Thursday to confirm the order was cancelled. It was. Tuesday comes, no refund. I call the store. I asked the guy to check the status. He told me he couldn’t check the status and proceeded to give me a wrong number to a customer service. I call back and then they gave me a different number. I call customer service where they transferred me twice. The last customer service lady was very kind. She told me they cancelled the order but never processed the refund and they could have done that in store. Staples on banksville, people have bills to pay, children to feed. If you are inept and cannot adequately work customer service, Arbys is down the road.
