No, the address u give the doesn't have to match ur ID. U must only have some kind of a bill going to the address given, phone bill or utility bill. Basically anything with your name on it that you pay on a monthly basis.
I believe that you have 30 days to update you ID or DL. But if they will work with you there. Just let them know your situation.
