Do you have to have an appointment set up with them?

Ive never had an appointment and longest its taken is an hr, thats with chasing a 2 yr old around the clothing area

I don't believe that you do. Just walk in and talk to them.

They do accept walk ins. You may have to wait a little while but nothing to terribly long.
