The restaurant was violation free prior to COVID and remains so.... They have been subject to surprise COVID Prevention Compliance Inspections and have always been in compliance. The State of Ohio has procedures for kitchens like ours, and we have complied. We ALWAYS wear gloves when handling food, wipe down common areas frequently, employ high capacity exhaust systems and pump in fresh air in high volume. Carry-out from restaurants like ours, remains the safest way to acquire food.
Because of the temperature in the kitchen they do not wear masks but the board of health has checked and they are in compliance with covid safety procedures.
