The food was over cooked n burnt. The cook needed to fired. He spent most of the time was pulling up his pants and wiping sweat.

We had reservations for Saturday evening at 6:30. We called at 5:15 to inform the restaurant we would be 15 minutes late due to the main drain in our house backed up. We were told no problem. We arrived at 6:45 and nobody was there to check us in. Somebody finally showed up at 6:51 and they couldn’t find our reservation because another employee took it off and listed us as a no show. They finally found it after this employee spoke up and we were told they would try to find us a table. The place had about 20 people in it. At 7:05 they finally said they would seat us and took us to a table for 8 with a family of 5 and our party had 4. There wasn’t enough room and we told them this wasn’t going to work. At 7:15 I asked for a manager and the lady that couldn’t find our reservation to begin with informs me she was the GM. I asked for a table since we were now 30 minutes past our reservation time and she proceeded to tell me we would have to wait because we showed up late, I explained again about calling an hour and 15 minutes ahead of time. She then made me show her on the phone to prove that I called. After doing so she proceeded to tell me we still arrived late and she would seat us at a table by ourselves but she had no idea when she could get a chef to come and cook for us. She told me we could go sit in the lounge and eat there without a chef. Or just wait and when a table opened up we could be seated. I asked how long before a chef was available and she said she had no idea. Now a GM should know when staff is available at this kind of restaurant. She offered no solution and kept telling us we were at fault for not showing up on time. We finally left after she told us she wouldn’t serve us. Went to PF Changs down the road and had an amazing meal and service. Avoid this place like the plague. The GM and staff are horrible, the place is filthy.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, and more horrible. This will probably be my last time coming here. We arrived at 8:15pm per my reservation, waited an hour to be seated, and then waited ANOTHER hour to start cooking. It was 10:15pm. The entire cooking process was done by 11pm. Luckily the hibachi chef was pleasant but this was a horrible experience, the server was horrible and rude. And after waiting basically three hours they still expected full payment which is absurd. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Depends on what u want. Shrimp, steak, chiken, lobster etc. Average cost for dinner $25.00 and up. Lunch is cheaper.
You should check with the restaurant to be sure, but I have friends who eat there every Christmas.
Depends on what you order, anywhere from $50 to $100, or so, but the food was very good.
Went for my birthday and was not offered a free meal... But they did go out of their way to make it more fun for me...
No charge to get in but let me warn you that service has gone downhill in the last few years. The last time I went it was terrible and there was hair in my food. I took a photo but it's on my other phone. Soon as I can I will post it along with my review on the last visit.
