On all my travels I stop at a least one sushi place and this was the worst one I’ve ever had. Got a salmon skin roll and had one piece only. Inedible. Salmon skin roll with no salmon but actual the skin of the fish. Never seen that before. Correct me if I’m wrong but no restaurant actually uses the skin of the salmon despite the name. They need to change their recipes. The service was fine, quick and attentive which is why 1 star.

Hello Eric. Thank you for your interest in our restaurant! The restaurant is owned by Korean family and the owner is the sushi chef. Mr.Kimura trained and practiced Sushi & Sashimi for over 2 decades and also speaks Japanese. Fun fact, Sashimi is native to both Korean and Japanese culture which is not native to Chinese. Hello Karen! Our menu is focused on sushi rolls and teriyaki dish, however we do offer tempura, salad, soup and Korean kitchen dish as such as Bulgogi. Hope this helps.
Sorry Joanne, we do not have Hibachi tables. However, we have teriyaki kitchen and sushi bar.
