I love that no reviewer/commenter ever gives prices...anywhere (not just here)...even ballpark. I realize rates are subject to change, but seriously? "I stayed there and it was reasonable", but no price. "Their rates are competitive", but no price. "They offer daily, weekly and monthly", but no prices! No one ever says if monthly rates include utilities, or if a deposit is needed, or how much it is. Why all of the secrecy???

We stayed last winter for about 6 weeks. After the 1st month they gave us the the monthly rate for the extra days. Very nice, very well maintained, vertical nice staff.
